Roline is a gifted speaker, teacher, mentor, musician and writer. She is a member of St. Mark Baptist Church, Little Rock, Arkansas, under the leadership of Bishop Steven M. Arnold, where her husband is on staff as the Pastor of Discipleship. She has been a member of St. Mark since her husband was called to the church in September 2003, and there she accepted her call as a preacher of God's Word.
At St. Mark she serves as an associate minister, teacher and student in the Roddy E. Collins School of Ministry. church-wide studies teacher, Prison Ministry Asst. director, and Foreign Missions Ministry. Along with Pastor Thomas, she serves as a Marriage & Pre-marital Counselor of St. Mark. Roline is also a devotional writer for the Foreign Mission Trips. She has also served as Women’s Ministry Facilitator and New Member's Orientation Teacher. Roline founded and serves as Director of The D.I.V.A.S. (Divinely Inspired Virtuous Anointed Sistas) Ministry, designed to minister to the spiritual and emotional needs of the total woman. The international ministry has members across the globe which meets daily via a private internet forum.
Roline also serves as Senior Moderator with the Learn Gospel Music Ministry (LGM) based in Memphis, Tenn which boast of a membership of over 75,000. LGM is a Christian organization which provides free online instrument instruction, music, spiritual and emotional support to it's members..

Pastor and Sis. Thomas are the Founders and Directors of Earnest and Roline Ministries, a ministry of Biblical based teaching in the form of workshops, seminars, conferences, and counseling. They have written material on the subjects of stewardship, marriage, praise and worship, singleness, youth and aging.
God has blessed Sis. Thomas with many gifts and talents. She is a graphic arts designer for several non-profit organizations, designing brochures, fliers, business cards, booklets, etc. She has also taught a weekly ceramics class, and monthly Arts and Craft Class. Sis. Thomas, an accomplished cook, specializing in New Orleans Cuisine, also caters for parties and events. A seamstress, she has designed clothing for women and children, and is the former owner of Elegant Hats, a lucrative business which provided customized hats designed and crafted by Sis. Thomas.
