About Pastor Earnest Thomas
Pastor Thomas is a native of Baton Rouge, Louisiana and currently resides in Little Rock, Arkansas. He received his Bachelor of
Science degree from Southern University, Baton Rouge, Louisiana. He is a former Theology student of the Southern Bible Institute,
Dallas, Texas.

Rev. Thomas has served as new Member Class Instructor, Youth Counselor, and B.T.U. Teacher at the New Zion Baptist Church in
New Orleans, Louisiana. He also served on the Street Witnessing Team and the Youth Study Center Team, which ministered to
incarcerated youth.

In January 1993, Rev. Thomas united with the Union Missionary Baptist Church, Dallas, TX, under the leadership of Pastor Charles
C. Martin, Sr. In March 1995, Rev. Thomas received his call into the ministry. Rev. Thomas served as Minister of Adult Ministries,
overeseeing the following ministries; Men's Ministry, Men Of Prayer And Power (M.O.P.P.) Ministry, Male Chorus, Being Examples
And Role Models (B.E.A.R.M.) Ministry, Married Couples, Singles' Ministry, Senior Choir, Voices of Inspiration, Sunday Church
School, Women's Ministry, Senior Adult Ministry, Adult Ushers, Young Adult Ushers, and Hospitality Committee. He also served as
Director of Men's Ministry, Sunday School Assistant Superintendent, Vacation Bible School Teacher, and Brotherhood Instructor.
Rev. Thomas and his wife, Roline, were the instructors of the Singles Ministry.

In May 1997, Rev. Thomas was called to Pastor the True Believers Baptist Church, Wills Point, Texas. At the time of his appointment,
True Believers was only in its first year of existence. Under his leadership, the church has grown spiritually and numerically. Several
ministries, workshops, and conferences have been instituted under his leadership, including, Wednesday Bible Study, Youth For
Christ Ministry, Drama Ministry, Youth Choir, Deacon Family Ministry, Deaconess Ministry, Worship & Praise Team, Praise Dancers,
and Evangelism Ministry.

In later August 2003, Pastor Thomas was called to serve at the St. Mark Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas under the
leadership of Bishop Steven Arnold. He is currently the Discipleship Pastor.

Rev. Thomas, along with his wife Roline, are the Founders and Directors of Earnest and Roline Ministries, a ministry of biblically
based teaching in the form of workshops, seminars, conferences, counseling, and written literature focusing on stewardship,
family, marriage, singlehood, senior adults, children & youth, and praise and worship.
